Job Summary
The Hospital Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with healthcare regulations, and smooth coordination between departments. The role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities .Administrative Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital
- Ensure proper functioning of front office, billing, and support services
- Maintain records, documentation, and compliance reports
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, and other departments
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
- Act as a liaison between patients and hospital management
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and accreditation standards
- Monitor hospital policies and implement process improvements
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards across the facility
Billing & Financial Oversight
- Supervise billing processes and insurance coordination
- Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting and cost control
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and reports
Staff Management
- Assist in recruitment, training, and scheduling of administrative staff
- Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline and productivity
- Conduct regular meetings to improve workflow
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and audits
- Maintain patient records as per legal and confidentiality guidelines
- Analyze data to improve hospital efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
- Master’s degree (MHA/MBA Healthcare) preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration
- Experience in NABH/JCI compliance (preferred)

Salary
- As per industry standards + benefits
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
