We're Hiring- Medical Officer - Insurance
Location: Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Trivandrum

We are looking for a proactive Insurance Medical Officer to oversee end-to-end insurance processes,To ensure efficient management of hospital insurance operations by coordinating with insurance providers, verifying medical documentation, and ensuring timely claim approvals and settlements.
Immediate joiners are preferred
Key Responsibilities;
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation as per insurance requirements
- Handle claim rejections, queries, and escalations effectively
- Maintain compliance with insurance policies and hospital protocols
- Guide patients and attendants regarding insurance procedures and documentation
- Monitor claim turnaround time and ensure timely submissions
- Work closely with billing, clinical, and front office teams
Qualifications :
- MBBS/BAMS / BHMS/MHA
- Valid Medical Registration (State Medical Council)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital insurance / TPA coordination
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance guidelines
- Good communication and coordination skills
