Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and committed individual with a Psychology background to join us as a Co-Founder and help build a meaningful mental wellness and personal development platform from the ground up. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is not just seeking a job, but wants to be part of a long-term mission-driven venture that creates a positive impact on individuals and communities.
Preferred Background: Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health & Wellbeing Behavioral Sciences or Related fields
Key Qualities Strong passion for mental wellness and personal growth, Long-term commitment and ownership mindset Entrepreneurial and leadership qualities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment Desire to build something meaningful and impactful
Responsibilities : Contribute to strategic planning and growth Support program development and community engagement Help build partnerships and outreach initiatives Participate in creating mental wellness and personal development programs Work closely with the founding team to scale the initiative
