Position Title: Optometrist
Location: Doha, Qatar

About Us:
We are a well-established and expanding optical brand based in Doha, Qatar, known for delivering premium eyewear and personalized eye care services, we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Optometrist to lead our eye care division and deliver best-in-class service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions and visual impairments.
- Prescribe appropriate corrective lenses (spectacles and contact lenses).
- Recommend suitable lens types and coatings based on customer needs and lifestyle.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Work closely with the sales and optical dispensing team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Supervise and train junior optometrists and eye care staff (if applicable).
- Ensure adherence to local health regulations and company standards in clinical practice.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional guidance to patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical optometry experience, preferably in retail optical or hospital settings.
- Valid Optometry license from India (eligibility for Qatar licensing preferred we will assist with licensing process).
- Strong clinical knowledge in refraction, contact lens fitting, and ocular disease screening.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Leadership ability and strong customer care orientation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
