AppTrait Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic HR & Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team.
What You'll Do Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Reddit, Quora, etc.)
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, and short videos
- Generate AI-powered images and videos using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Promote our products and services through social media campaigns
- Monitor engagement and prepare basic performance reports
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends
HR & Office Operations
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Schedule candidate interviews and communicate with applicants
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Support day-to-day HR and office administration activities
- Help organize employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or equivalent)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Comfortable using social media platforms professionally
- Organized, responsible, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience creating Instagram Reels or short-form videos
- Basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar tools
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing
- Familiarity with Reddit and Quora communities
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
