The candidate will be responsible for Front Office Reception for a 5 star Hotel Property
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
. Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to the relevant departments in a timely and courteous manner.
. Greet and assist visitors and guests, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
. Maintain the visitor log and coordinate guest entries as per office protocols.
. Book and manage meeting rooms, ensuring proper scheduling and readiness for meetings.
. Handle travel arrangements including flight/train bookings, hotel reservations, and local transportation when required.
. Manage and track office stationery and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and administrative requirements.
. Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
. Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Job Expectations:
Requirements:
. 2-5 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
. Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and internal teams.
. Well-groomed personality with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
. Proficiency in MS Office and basic office coordination tools.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
