Job Summary
PropCheckup is seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspector to conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties. The role involves identifying construction defects, quality issues, and safety concerns, documenting observations, capturing photographs, and preparing professional inspection reports to assist clients in making informed property decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
- Identify construction defects, workmanship issues, and safety concerns.
- Capture photographs and document inspection findings.
- Prepare accurate and detailed inspection reports.
- Assess the quality of civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for scheduled inspections.
- Maintain inspection records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports in accordance with company standards.
Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and building components.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections.
Skills Required
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality and site supervision.
- Good communication and report-writing abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Mobile Applications).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
