We are looking for a *TeleSales Executive* to handle hot leads from vehicle owners who are interested in selling or scrapping their vehicles.
This is not a cold-calling role. The candidate will work on already interested leads, speak with vehicle owners, understand vehicle details, negotiate pricing, coordinate documentation, and convert leads into successful vehicle procurement.
Candidates with previous experience in *Cars24, Spinny, CarDekho, OLX Autos, used-car dealerships, automobile sales, vehicle evaluation, vehicle finance, or similar automobile businesses* will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with hot leads who are interested in selling/scrapping their vehicles.
- Understand vehicle details such as model, year, condition, location, ownership, RC status, insurance status, loan/hypothecation status, and document availability.
- Explain the vehicle selling/scrapping process clearly to customers.
- Negotiate purchase price with vehicle owners.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed vehicle procurement deals.
- Coordinate with field, inspection, documentation, and pickup teams.
- Maintain proper lead status in CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or internal software.
- Take regular follow-ups until the vehicle is procured or the lead is closed.
- Handle customer objections related to price, documents, pickup, payment, and process.
- Ensure smooth communication between the customer and internal operations team.
Required Skills:
- Strong calling and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and closing ability.
- Basic understanding of used vehicles, vehicle pricing, and vehicle documents.
- Comfortable speaking with vehicle owners on phone and WhatsApp.
- Ability to maintain lead records properly.
- Target-oriented and disciplined working style.
- Good Hindi communication required.
- Basic English and local language knowledge will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Used car purchase or used car sales experience.
- Experience in companies like Cars24, Spinny, CarDekho, OLX Autos, or similar platforms.
- Experience with used-car dealerships or automobile brokers.
- Automobile showroom sales experience.
- Vehicle finance, loan recovery, or insurance sales experience.
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead conversion roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be someone who can speak confidently with vehicle owners, build trust quickly, negotiate properly, and follow up consistently until the deal is closed.
We are looking for a closer, not just a caller. The candidate should be comfortable handling customers, understanding vehicle details, discussing prices, and coordinating the final procurement process.
