- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split AC units, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Handle gas charging, leak testing, and pressure testing.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Respond promptly to breakdown calls and emergency maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
