Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager to lead Fragmity AI’s software sales and growth initiatives.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands software sales deeply, knows how to build momentum from the ground up, and can consistently convert prospects into paying customers.
In addition to direct sales and customer acquisition, you will be responsible for building, hiring, training, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in fast-moving startup environments, take ownership, and are motivated by measurable growth and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers for Fragmity AI’s software solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate clear business value
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage a growing sales team
- Establish sales processes, targets, reporting, and accountability frameworks
- Collaborate closely with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
- Build strong client relationships and improve retention
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of proven software / SaaS / B2B technology sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in team leadership, mentoring, or sales team development is highly preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, follow-ups, demos, and deal closures
- High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
- Ability to work effectively in a high-accountability, performance-driven environment

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
