Adwik Ventures is an India and UAE-based B2B procurement and global sourcing company helping businesses source industrial products, machinery, raw materials and commercial commodities from reliable suppliers across India and China.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management Intern to help us build and grow our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
This is a practical internship where you will work directly with the marketing team and gain hands-on experience in B2B social media marketing, content creation, branding and digital marketing.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain Adwik Ventures' social media pages.
- Create engaging posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Develop content ideas related to procurement, sourcing, international trade, products and business.
- Create graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
- Assist in creating short-form videos/Reels.
- Write captions, headlines and relevant hashtags.
- Research industry trends and competitor social media activities.
- Prepare weekly social media content calendars.
- Schedule and publish social media posts.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Help increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and business announcements.
- Repurpose website and business content into social media posts.
- Work with the Founder/CEO to develop new content ideas.

- Other relevant B2B platforms
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Creative and enthusiastic about social media.
- Interested in digital marketing.
- Comfortable using Canva.
- Good at writing simple and engaging English content.
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Interested in learning about B2B marketing and international business.
- Willing to research and learn independently.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Proactive and willing to suggest new ideas.
Freshers Are Welcome
You do not need previous professional experience.
Students and recent graduates from:

and related fields are encouraged to apply.
A strong portfolio, college project or personal Instagram/LinkedIn page can be an advantage.
Important
This is a hands-on internship.
You will not simply be asked to post content that someone else creates.
You will be involved in:
Content Ideas → Content Creation → Publishing → Engagement → Analytics → Improvement
We want someone who can eventually grow into a Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Executive role within the company.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small practical assignment, such as:
- Creating 2–3 social media posts
- Preparing a one-week content calendar
- Creating one short-form video/Reel concept
- Suggesting social media growth ideas for Adwik Ventures
This will help us understand your creativity and practical skills.
