We are looking for a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (Bakery) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in baking, cake preparation, desserts, and pastry production, with a strong sense of creativity and consistency in maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and finish bakery items such as breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.
- Assist the CDP / Head Chef in daily bakery operations.
- Maintain recipe standards, portion control, and presentation consistency.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area as per FSSAI / HACCP standards.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist in inventory control.
- Assist in menu development and new bakery product trials.
- Train and guide Commis Chefs and other junior staff.
- Ensure timely production for orders, buffet, or café display.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
