- Research and identify potential clients across industries
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups
- Build relationships with prospects and nurture opportunities
- Work closely with the founder/sales team to achieve revenue targets
Required Candidate Profile:
- 1–4 years in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in cold calling, emailing, and outreach
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Experience with CRM and sales tools like HubSpot is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
