*Role Overview**
We are setting up a **robotics-integrated pipe processing factory** focused on fire protection systems (cutting, grooving, hole-making, etc.).
This role is critical as the **first on-ground operations leader** who will:
* Take complete **handover from the technical consultant**
* Run **day-to-day factory operations**
* Ensure **machines, robotics, and manpower** are aligned to production goals
You will be fully responsible for **operational efficiency, production output, and factory discipline**.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Factory Operations Management
* Oversee complete factory operations including:
* Pipe processing (cutting, hole making, grooving)
* Material movement and workflow
* Ensure **daily production targets (in meters/pipes)** are achieved
* Maintain **process discipline and workflow efficiency**
2. Robotics & Machine Handling
* Learn and operate **robotic systems (Delta robots / automation lines)**
* Take **complete technical handover** from third-party consultant
* Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
* Coordinate with vendors/consultants for advanced technical issues
**Important: ** Robotics experience is *not mandatory*, but strong **technical learning ability is compulsory**
3. Team & Labour Management
* Manage shop-floor labour and operators
* Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
* Ensure discipline, attendance, and work quality
* Train workers as per SOPs
4. Production Planning & Execution
* Execute production based on:
* Project requirements
* Dispatch timelines
* Optimize machine utilization and reduce idle time
* Coordinate between **design, production, and dispatch teams**
5. SOP Implementation & Process Control
* Follow and implement SOPs provided by technical consultant
* Standardize operations for:
* Quality
* Safety
* Efficiency
* Continuously improve processes after stabilization
6. Quality & Safety Compliance
* Ensure output meets required specifications
* Maintain safety standards in factory
* Avoid rework, wastage, and errors
7. Reporting & Accountability
* Maintain daily reports on:
* Production output
* Machine performance
* Labour productivity
* Report directly to management on factory performance

Eligibility Criteria
* Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
* 1–5 years experience in:
* Factory operations / plant supervision / production
* Freshers with strong technical understanding **can be considered (intern → full-time path)**
Mandatory Requirements
* Must own a **two-wheeler**
* Willing to work on factory floor (not office-based role)
Preferred (Good to Have)
* Experience in:
* Robotics / automation / CNC / laser machines
* Manufacturing or fabrication industry
* Exposure to **plant setup or new factory execution** (big advantage)

**Important Note (Expectation Setting)**
This is not a routine supervisor role.
