Regional Advisory Manager
Location: Patna
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3+ years in Financial Products
SALARY BAND
₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 p.a.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Advisory Manager will drive distribution and advisory delivery across our Sharekhan franchisee network in Bihar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Drive sales of Sharekhan Advisory products, Mutual Funds, Insurance , PMS, Unlisted, SLBM and Loan Against Securities (LAS) through the business partner network.
▸ Conduct regular visits to franchisee outlets across Bihar to deepen engagement and identify growth opportunities.
▸ Deliver client training programs through physical sessions and webinars to improve product adoption and business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
▸ Minimum 3+ years of experience in soliciting financial-product .
▸ Hands-on experience across equity trading, derivatives (F&O), mutual funds, insurance , PMS and third-party financial products.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
▸ Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
▸ Comfortable with field travel across the assigned region.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
▸ Fixed CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
▸ Performance-linked incentive over and above fixed pay.
▸ Travel reimbursement on actuals as per company policy.
