- Filtration of leads through calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Promote residential/commercial real estate projects to customers.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure and documentation
- Provide timely updates on inventory, pricing, and offers to channel partners
- Negotiate deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
