About the Role
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator who is sharp, organized, and genuinely passionate about food, culture, and creator communities. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, creator relationships, and data — and you'll be working closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to run influencer activations across our outlet cities.
You won't just source creators. You'll brief them, track them, negotiate with them, and hold the standard of what Uncle Peter's Pancakes looks and sounds like on a creator's feed.
What You'll Do
Identify, vet, and onboard micro and nano influencers across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi, Ranchi, Sonipat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, and other franchise cities — prioritizing engagement quality, audience authenticity, and cultural fit over raw follower count
Own end-to-end execution: outreach, briefing, content review, visit coordination, and post-tracking
Maintain a live influencer database with performance data, payment history, and content archives for every collaboration
Draft and send creator briefs that give influencers clear direction without killing their creative voice — the brief should make great content easier, not more scripted
Coordinate influencer visits with franchise outlet partners, ensuring smooth ground-level logistics
Track content deliverables and enforce timelines; follow up on pending posts without damaging relationships
Monitor and document campaign performance: reach, engagement, saves, story views, footfall proxies, and where available — coupon redemptions or UTM-linked traffic
Prepare post-campaign summaries with honest ROI assessments and creator-level performance breakdowns
Support seasonal and product-launch campaigns (new menu drops, city activations, national days) with creator selection and briefing aligned to campaign goals
Stay current on platform algorithm trends, content formats, and creator community norms — and bring that knowledge into campaign planning
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing (food, F&B, or lifestyle brands preferred)
Strong written communication — you can write an outreach DM that actually gets a reply, and a brief that actually gets read
Comfort with data: CPM, engagement rate, reach-to-follower ratio, ROAS — you know what they mean and why they matter
Experience with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking; familiarity with Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, or similar analytics tools
An eye for content quality — you can tell the difference between a reel that converts and one that just looks pretty
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across multiple cities simultaneously without losing track of details
Calm, professional, and relationship-first in all creator and franchise communications — you represent the brand in every message you send
Comfort with ambiguity: campaigns evolve, briefs change, creators go quiet — you adapt without drama
Good to have:
Exposure to performance-linked creator payment models (affiliate, post-delivery structures)
Experience working with franchise brand environments or multi-location F&B brands
Basic understanding of Meta's content disclosure policies and ASCI guidelines for influencer marketing in India
