Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities on-site.
- Lead and manage construction crews to ensure productivity and quality.
- Interpret construction drawings and execute work according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Plan and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions on-site.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction as a Foreman.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
