We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with strong knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions along with planning, executing, and monitoring CSR initiatives in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Recruitment & manpower planning
- Performance management system implementation
- Training & development
- Employee engagement & retention
- Industrial relations (if manufacturing setup)
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 8–10+ years experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws
- Practical knowledge of CSR regulations and reporting
