- 1. CA Final with 10-15 years of professional experience in large conglomerate or MNC in infra, EPC, or similar sectors.
- 2. Core competency in finance and accounting and Tax.
- 3. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal.

- Job Description :
- 1. The incumbent be responsible for active management, supervision and control of the finance, accounting, and tax functions of the Group.
- 2. Reporting directly to the CFO, the DCFO is expected to support on all strategic and operational matters relating to project appraisals, risk management, financing, accounting and controls, Taxation, budget management, annual and strategic planning and forecasting, MIS and operational controls. He would also be responsible for the implementation and management of adequate enterprise level systems for the group's businesses. Finance Accounts and Tax
- 3. Ensure to improve the credit rating of the listed entity and its Subsidiaries.
- 4. Ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements for the listed entity and its subsidiaries in accordance with listing guidelines.
- 5. Responsible for budgets, monitoring of actual performance vis-à-vis budgets, financial plans and provides periodic inputs to CMD on operating and financial results of the Group.
- 6. Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, their audit processes, reports to shareholders, tax returns.
- 7. Tax compliance of the Group entities including filing personal income tax returns of the Promoters.
- 8. Compliance of GST laws.
- 9. Develop and maintain system of internal controls to safeguard financial, physical and other assets of the organization.
- 10. Drive cost management initiatives within the organization to achieve improving efficiencies within the organization.
- 11. Oversee Finance, accounting and Tax departments, budget preparation, and audit functions. Meets regularly with department heads to keep informed and to offer direction.
- 12. Attend Board Meeting where invited and present the financial statements to the Board. Attend the queries of investors related to accounts and actively participate in the analyst call.
- 13. Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors and the preparation of the annual financial statements is in accordance with laws of the land where the company operates.
- 14. Overall responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the ERP and Tally, its related controls (Segregation of duties etc.) and defining limits and authorities for ERP tool and around it. To implement the ERP fully. Also to define the operating matrix for TALLY Strategic and Tactical
- 15. Work with the CFO on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships, as well as assisting in the development of businesses, models and negotiations of contracts.
- 16. Participate in developing new businesses, specifically assist the CFO.
- 17. Provide an operating budget, work with the HOD's to ensure success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual requirements.
