Focus on Customer Acquisition
Build and experiment different acquisition strategies. Drive it to completion and publish the results.
Work on product placement and messaging.
Develop and define product implementation roadmaps
Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and QA team to come up with time estimates and adhering to external commitments
Collaborate with external partners for integration of their system or services.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Define and continuously analyze metrics for the success of the product
Be familiar with industry best practices for product implementation and improving processes at KredX
Identifying all barriers to product/feature adoption (awareness, legal, regulatory, training, customer usage) and ensuring systematic elimination of the same
Own customer onboarding, customer experience and customer success
Participate in product demos to potential customers. Understand their requirements and propose solutions using the product features.
Interact with customers regularly to gather feedback, problem statements and feature requirements.
