We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell Pneumatic Automation Products in the Chennai region. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving business growth in industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Pneumatic Automation Products to OEMs and End Users
- Identify new business opportunities in industries such as Automotive, Tyre, FMCG, Packaging, and General Engineering
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable technical solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial product sales (preferably pneumatic/automation products)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for field sales
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, valves, cylinders, FRLs, etc. is preferred
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby regions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling OEM customers
- Basic understanding of automation solutions
- CRM and reporting skills
