- Produce compelling corporate videos, brand films, and internal engagement content.
- Edit and transform raw footage into polished, publication-ready content tailored for multi-channel distribution.
- Shape clear, engaging narratives that align with brand identity and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams to develop strong visual storytelling concepts.
- Select and integrate music, sound design, animation styles, graphics, and transitions that enhance brand consistency and production value.
- Apply motion graphics, compositing, visual effects, and animation techniques to elevate content quality.
- Ensure continuity, pacing, and logical narrative flow across scenes and formats.
- Interpret creative and client feedback effectively, iterate efficiently, and deliver within tight production timelines.
- Leverage audience insights, performance data, and client feedback to refine and optimize creative outputs.
- Stay current with design trends, editing innovations, and AI-driven creative tools to continuously elevate production standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Studies, Cinematography, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, with proven experience in both video editing and motion design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing corporate videos, employer branding projects, and motion graphics-driven storytelling.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) with experience in 2D/3D tools.
- A brand-focused visual storyteller who can translate business objectives into engaging, multi-platform content while maintaining quality under tight timelines.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented creative eager to grow in corporate communications and employer branding, while staying current with emerging trends and AI-powered tools.
