Little Joys, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment function. This role will provide hands on exposure to end to end hiring processes, candidate engagement, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow ups with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Draft job postings and assist in publishing roles across platforms
Help with employer branding initiatives and social media hiring posts
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills and Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment basics
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
