Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven marketing professional with strong expertise in Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large-scale paid campaigns, optimizing ad spend, and driving quality lead generation while maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
- Manage and scale high-budget campaigns with monthly spends of ₹10 Lakhs+.
- Develop and implement effective bidding strategies including Manual CPC, Enhanced CPC, Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversions.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve lead quality and marketing efficiency.
- Ensure accurate tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to support overall lead generation objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹10 Lakhs or more.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads bidding strategies and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive campaign improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the EdTech, SaaS, or B2C industry.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Experience with Landing Page Optimization (LPO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
