Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Growth Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building products, acquiring adopters, analyzing user behavior, onboarding, and driving growth through data-driven experiments. You will work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing growth strategies across the product lifecycle
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve onboarding and user experience
Customer acquisition and Onboarding and
Analyze user data, funnels, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities
Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimise conversion rates
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth initiatives
Track and report on growth KPIs such as activation, retention, and engagement
Help design and implement user feedback loops to improve product features
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of product management and growth frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Leadership mindset
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and experiment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
