Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily Food & Beverage operations.
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Supervise restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Monitor inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hotel industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and hospitality operations.
