Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Answer and transfer phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain the visitor register.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mail.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Coordinate with different departments for visitor and employee support.
- Maintain office reception area and ensure cleanliness.
- Keep records of office stationery and assist with administrative tasks.
- Handle basic data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support HR and Administration with day-to-day office activities.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle calls and visitors efficiently.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
