Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the medical coding team
Review coding accuracy and ensure quality standards
Assign work and monitor daily productivity
Provide guidance and training to team members
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and company policies
Coordinate with billing and operations teams when needed
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HCC coding
Prior experience in medical coding and team handling
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines and team performance
