Job Title: Electrical In-Charge – Waste Management Project

About the Role
Power the plant, power the mission. We're looking for a sharp, safety-focused Electrical In-Charge to keep every circuit, panel, and motor at our waste management plant running without a hitch — because uptime here means impact on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all electrical systems, panels, motors, and control equipment across the plant
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
- Ensure electrical safety standards and statutory compliance (electrical inspectorate norms, etc.) are strictly followed
- Troubleshoot electrical faults quickly to minimize plant downtime
- Coordinate with instrumentation/automation systems (PLC/SCADA, knowledge is prefered)
- Supervise electrical contractors, vendors, and junior technicians
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and spare parts inventory
- Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and load management
- Ensure energy efficiency practices are followed on-site
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in industrial/plant electrical maintenance, preferably in waste management, biogas, or process plants
- Sound knowledge of electrical safety codes and statutory requirements
- Hands-on experience with panels, motors, transformers, and control systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset
