Job Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, website updates, marketplace operations, order management, customer experience, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the brand online.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across website and marketplaces
- Coordinate inventory, pricing, and stock updates regularly
- Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and customer queries
- Monitor marketplace performance on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Work closely with marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Ensure product images, descriptions, and content are updated and optimized
- Track sales performance, customer behaviour, and prepare reports
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches
- Maintain website hygiene and improve overall customer experience
- Assist in planning and executing online growth strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace seller panels
- Good understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and customer experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus
- Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
