About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to prepare students and professionals for competitive examinations, campus placements, and aptitude-based assessments. The ideal candidate should possess strong mathematical aptitude, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude.
- Teach topics including:
- Arithmetic
- Algebra
- Geometry
- Number Systems
- Percentages, Profit & Loss
- Time & Work
- Time, Speed & Distance
- Permutation & Combination
- Probability
- Data Interpretation
- Develop study materials, assignments, question banks, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Design strategies to improve speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
- Stay updated with latest exam patterns and recruitment trends.
- Collaborate with academic teams to improve training effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience teaching Quantitative Aptitude for CAT, CET, GRE, GMAT, Bank PO, SSC, Campus Placements, or similar exams.
- Strong command over aptitude concepts and shortcut-solving techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and online teaching tools.

Experience
