Job Title: HR Trainee

Job Summary
The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR-related activities. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to HR functions such as recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Help maintain attendance, leave records, and staff files.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualification
- Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates looking for HR internship / trainee experience can apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR information.
