Hanifa School & Hostel is seeking a skilled, reliable, and hardworking Maintenance & Technical All-Rounder to manage the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of our school and hostel campus. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, water systems, generators, pumps, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. The role requires proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities ✅ Electrical repairs, wiring, lighting, panels, and troubleshooting ✅ Maintenance of pumps, motors, water systems, and generators ✅ Plumbing repairs and water supply management ✅ Basic carpentry, painting, masonry, and civil maintenance work ✅ Preventive maintenance and regular campus inspections ✅ Hostel, classroom, office, kitchen, and campus upkeep ✅ Coordinating with vendors and contractors when required ✅ Emergency breakdown response and problem-solving ✅ Maintaining safety standards and maintenance records ✅
Supporting overall campus operations and events Eligibility ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of practical maintenance experience Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance Honest, disciplined, and responsible Ability to work independently and solve technical problems Residential candidates willing to stay on campus will be preferred.
