Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's/Management's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Organize office events, conferences, and client visits.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests and communications.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic administrative tasks.
- Support management in day-to-day business operations.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all assignments.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Assistant (preferred).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
