Job Title: Tendering Engineer – Electrical (Fresher)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering graduate to join our Tendering team. The selected candidate will assist in preparing technical and commercial bids, reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of quotations and tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand tender documents, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in estimating project costs and preparing bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and sales teams to obtain required inputs for tenders.
- Prepare tender documentation, compliance statements, and supporting technical documents.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations and technical details.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bids while meeting quality standards.
- Support post-tender activities, including clarifications and negotiations, when required.
- Stay updated on industry standards, electrical products, and tendering procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, cables, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BOQ preparation is an added advantage.
- Power BI and Advanced Excel is advantage
