Job Summary
Nexura Pure LLP is looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers and Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls while generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, distributors, franchise partners, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update call reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
