Job Title: Academic Counselor (EdTech Sales)

Salary: ₹6–10 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, provide career counseling, and drive admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech sales or academic counseling with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Conduct online and offline counseling sessions and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM/MS Office.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales, Academic Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
