Role Overview
This is not a conventional operations role. The selected candidate will work closely with leadership to help build and scale strategic relationships across the startup ecosystem while driving execution across partnerships, founder engagement, investor coordination, ecosystem initiatives, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, operators, creators, accelerators, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Coordinate ecosystem partnerships and strategic collaborations
- Support founder onboarding, engagement, and relationship tracking systems
- Assist in operational execution across startup ecosystem activities
- Conduct market research, ecosystem mapping, and strategic analysis
- Organize CRM workflows, ecosystem tracking, and strategic contact segmentation
- Support startup events, networking sessions, and founder meetups

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
