Job Summary
Voxel 3D Technology is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and supporting business development activities. Candidates with a technical background or an interest in engineering solutions will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Update customer records and sales reports using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales activity targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products.
- Knowledge of CAD software, 3D Scanning, Digital Twin, Reality Capture, or related technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Preferred: B.Tech , BBA , MBA or equivalent.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Customer Support is preferred.
