Job Description:
Sales & Service ExecutiveWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Service Executive to join our team and drive the sales, service & promotion of our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and a solid understanding of basic technical knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Responsibility:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the solar inverter market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and technical features of solar inverters.
- Develop tailored sales proposals and quotations based on customer needs.
- Manage and expand the customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute in to lead generation by identifying new potential customers, negotiating & closing the deals with the guidance of the regional team members.
- Product Marketing:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for solar inverters across multiple platforms along with MKTG team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online presence, including website and social media channels.
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to raise product visibility and generate leads.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to customers and prospects to help them to understand product specifications, benefits, and installation requirements.
- Collaborate with the internal team (BD & Design ) to address any product-related issues or customer concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the internal team ( BD & Design ) for product/service improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Update customer interactions and activities daily in the CRM system
- Submit required data reports to the central team on time ( as and when required
- Attend monthly regional reviews to track sales and service performance
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
