Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic Field Marketing Staff to promote our chocolate products through on-ground activities, increase brand awareness, and generate sales leads across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store promotions, product sampling, and brand activations
- Engage with customers and explain product features/offers
- Support retail outlets in product visibility and display setup
- Distribute promotional materials and offers
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Achieve daily/weekly sales and promotion targets
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Willing to travel locally and work on-field
- Energetic and target-driven
