As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the Product strategy, Roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of products.
You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the key metrics for a product and help define clear, measurable goals for the same
- Ideate and build the product roadmap and manage prioritization and trade offs
- Communicate and evangelize the roadmap across the organization
- Do user research to generate insights that feed into the roadmap
- Write product requirement documents and ensure clear communication between design, development, and business teams
- Work with engineers and designers to execute on the roadmap
- Monitor and measure the impact of the features being delivered and do course corrections as needed
- Lead and mentor a team of PMs, helping them grow while driving execution excellence
Who you are:
- B.Tech/B.E and MBA/PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred
- 7-12 years of product management experience in an agile development environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understand technology and be willing to learn and get your hands dirty where you don't
- Proven experience leading teams of PMs and working across multiple product lines or initiatives
