Sales Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Assign targets and monitor performance.
- Motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
- Generate leads and close sales.
- Train and guide new team members.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates.
- Handle customer escalations when required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Sales experience with team handling preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
