Job details

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and evaluate potential warehouse locations based on business needs and geographical suitability.

 Build and maintain strong relationship with Warehouse Developers landlords/property owners, and clients.

 Understand and analyze client requirements to recommend suitable warehouse spaces to the clients.

 Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other agreement terms & conditions to secure favorable deals.

 Coordinate & Execute site visits and inspections with clients and landlords.

 Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.

 Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

 Collaborate internally with business, operations and finance teams to align on requirements and budgets.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Strong understanding of real estate markets and geographical locations relevant to warehousing.

 Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with landlords and clients.

 Good analytical skills to understand client needs and market opportunities.

 Good understanding of geographical markets and real estate trends.

 Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
