HR Manager

Global Hire is a growing organization committed to building a high-performing workforce. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can independently lead and manage the complete Human Resources function of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete HR lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Build a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and organizational development.
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support leadership in strategic HR planning and organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Professional.
- Strong experience in Core HR and HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and IT job roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in HRMS, MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage the HR department.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working in an IT company or staffing organization will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Ahmedabad or nearby locations are preferred.
