Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in sales and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, emails, referrals, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Present company products/services and negotiate contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding and service delivery
- Track sales activities and prepare performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
