We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in lead generation, client handling, and sales conversion. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Services and Website Design & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms
- Convert leads into clients by understanding their business needs
- Handle client queries and provide tailored solutions
- Pitch services like SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery
- Maintain CRM and track sales performance
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT or Digital Marketing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing & Website Development services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Self-driven and target-oriented
