Job Description – Zoom Live Session Coordinator
Department: Online Education / Digital Operations
Position Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Zoom Live Session Coordinator to manage and support our daily online classes, webinars, workshops, and live training programs. The candidate will ensure every live session runs smoothly by coordinating with trainers, participants, and the technical team while maintaining high-quality audio, video, and recording standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and create Zoom meeting links for daily live sessions.
- Start Zoom meetings 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Admit participants and manage waiting rooms.
- Provide host/co-host access to trainers.
- Monitor audio, video, screen sharing, and internet connectivity throughout the session.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions.
- Record sessions and maintain recording backups.
- Upload recordings to the LMS, Google Drive, or other designated platforms.
- Coordinate with faculty regarding schedules and session requirements.
- Maintain attendance records and session reports.
- Ensure professional conduct and smooth participant management.
- Coordinate with the Media Team for live streaming and promotional sessions when required.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of completed sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Basic knowledge of Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve technical issues quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Zoom webinars or online training programs.
- Basic knowledge of OBS Studio and YouTube Live.
- Familiarity with live streaming tools and online learning platforms.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Reporting To
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
