A reputed hospitality establishment in Thanjavur is inviting applications for the position of General Manager to lead and oversee overall hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hotel management
- Proven leadership and administrative capabilities
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, finance, sales, and guest relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
Key Responsibilities:Oversee complete day-to-day hotel operations and administration
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards and customer satisfaction
- Lead and supervise all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Sales, and Accounts
- Monitor revenue performance, budgeting, cost control, and profitability
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and business promotion strategies
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively
- Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, corporate clients, and management
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management
- Drive occupancy growth and strengthen the hotel’s market reputationSalary:Attractive salary package with incentives, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
